Baseline Test

Baseline testing is an integral part of The Golf Lab. It is usually our first interaction with the player’s golf swing, equipment and mobility. It gives us an absolute benchmark for every major component we will be working with. We need to know exactly what our players are capable of before we can develop a plan towards game improvement.

Learn to Golf

Learn to golf is your first step into the game. During training, our coaches instill proper fundamentals of golf to build a solid foundation for you to swing efficiently. Stance, posture, grip and basic swing mechanics are taught in this program. Learn to Golf Program is offered as a 4 Session program with a recommended 1 training session a week, and up to 2 in a week depending on the student's schedule. Students are typically advised to sign up for no more than 2 X of Learn to Golf Program before moving up to our Basic Fundamental Program.

Basic Fundamentals

This is designed for the recreational player who is looking to make some improvement to their game, but does not have the time to invest in a total overhaul. The focus in these sessions are to reinforce proper fundamentals and provide the learner with a sound understanding on basic mechanical concepts.

Basic Fundamentals including grip, posture, impact position and basic short game concepts are the main focus. This program is offered in 4 and 8 Session.

Training Program

Solid Contact

This program is for the golfer looking to make a significant improvement in their ball striking ability. This program kicks off with our Skill Set Analysis designed to evaluate all factors that affect consistent, solid contact for wedges, irons and fairway metals. Results of the testing process will be used to determine a course of action and which athletic and technical skills require the most attention.

Shot Shaper

This program is for the golfer looking to learn how to work the ball in both directions, as well as improve trajectory control. This program kicks off with our unique baseline-testing program designed to evaluate your dominant shot type as well as identify any barriers to curving the ball in your challenged direction.

Results of the testing process will be used to determine a course of action and which athletic and technical skills require the most attention.

Short Game

This program is for the golfer who wants to become a more efficient scorer around the greens. Results of the Skill Set Analysis will be used to determine a course of action and which athletic and technical skills require the most attention. The physical pillar will focus on cardiovascular endurance and lower body stability.

Power Golf

This program is for the golfer looking to learn how to develop more Clubhead Speed and Ball Speed. Our unique baseline testing process will evaluate all factors associated with generating speed in the golf swing. This includes Physical Capacity, Golf Specific Mobility, Equipment Profiling, Kinematic Sequence and Technical Efficiency.

Training Programs are offered in 8 and 12 Session.
